THE INNER VOICE CONSERVATORY
Look for more information about the first semester of our Conservatory in Fall of 2026!
We are incredibly excited to announce the official launch of The Inner Voice Conservatory.
Since opening our doors in 2020, our mission has never been simply to teach students how to sing. Our goal has always been to develop artists: performers who can communicate, tell stories, and walk into any audition or performance with confidence.
The Conservatory is the next step in that vision.
Rather than offering isolated workshops, we’ve created a complete artistic training pathway. Students will receive consistent, year-round training in singing, acting, performance, and professional skills alongside a community of equally dedicated artists and faculty.
Whether a student's goal is greater confidence, school musicals, the Montes and Jimmy’s, college musical theater programs, professional auditions, or simply becoming the strongest performer they can be, the Conservatory is designed to help them grow intentionally every step of the way.
A Training Pathway
Every artist begins somewhere. The Conservatory provides a clear path for growth, allowing students to develop year after year alongside peers who share their passion. Each student will join an appropriate cohort with whom they will work and grow.
LEVEL I — Emerging Artist (Ages 10–15)
Build the foundation.
Students develop confidence, discipline, storytelling, stage presence, rehearsal habits, and performance skills while continuing to strengthen healthy vocal technique.
This is where young performers discover what it means to become an artist.
LEVEL II — Advancing Artist (Ages 15–18)
Refine the artist.
Students are challenged through advanced acting, audition preparation, musical theater performance, Shakespear, self-tape technique, and college preparation while continuing to deepen their artistic voice.
This level bridges the gap between talented students and confident performers.
LEVEL III — Pre-Professional (18+)
Become the Complete Performer.
Our most advanced artists receive individualized, pre-professional training designed for students pursuing collegiate or professional musical theatre opportunities.
Expect high standards, personalized feedback, l, masterclasses, mock auditions, and intensive performance training.
Weekly Conservatory Classes
Each Conservatory student participates in a rotating curriculum designed to create well-rounded performers. It will account for approximately 4-6 hours of classes a week so it is doable with their busy schedules but enough to supplement maximum growth.
Throughout the year, classes will include:
• Classical Acting Technique Training
• Musical Theater Weekly Performance Lab
• Audition Training
• Movement and Well-Being for Actors
• Scene Study
• Character Development
• Acting for the Camera
• Music Theory and Musicianship
• Song Interpretation
• Performance Psychology & Confidence
•Improvisation
• Guest Artist Masterclasses, Industry & Career Seminars
Individual Voice Lessons
Private voice lessons remain the foundation of every student's training.
Conservatory classes are designed to complement, not replace, individual lessons. Students continue receiving personalized vocal instruction while concurrently building the acting, performance, and artistic skills that transform strong singers into compelling performers.
A Brand-New Home
One of the most exciting parts of this launch is that Conservatory programming will take place in our brand-new studio building.
Our new space will allow us to offer:
• Dedicated coaching studios
• Weekly performance labs
• Masterclasses
• Showcases
• Dance classes
• A professional self-tape studio available for all Conservatory members
We're creating a place where artists don't simply attend classes, but they belong to a thriving artistic community.
What Happens Next
Over the next few weeks, we will be sharing:
• Weekly Schedules
• Tuition Information
• Placement Recommendations
• Enrollment Details
This Conservatory represents everything I've envisioned for our students.
I believe artists deserve more than a weekly lesson. They deserve a place that challenges them, believes in them, equips them with extraordinary skills, and surrounds them with a community that inspires them to become the very best version of themselves.
I cannot wait to begin this next chapter together.
